ECM is a company who is specialised in processes within the energy conversion sector.
The processes can be divided in the following main categories.
 
  E: engineering
  C: Construction
  M: Maintenance
  M: Management

 

Engineering, basic design of energy conversion processes in which the optimum is reached in energetic aspects
of the plants, this in relation to the required investments.
The different operational aspects are directly embedd3ed in the basis design of the plant and form an integral part
of the design. Also the maintenance aspects are integrated in the same way. This results in a complete design
covering all necessary operational conditions.

 

Construction, initiate and realise the necessary construction activities, such as setting up a construction team,
managing this team and setting up an overall excepted planning.
Coordinating the building process in the different phases of a project and managing the different aspects of the
commissioning, hot commissioning and trialling activities.
Guarding the several "interfaces" within the separate scopes of suppliers forms one of the most important issues
during the realisation of a project. To aim for a uniformity in design and ralisation of equipment and process control
is an important issue in order to obtain the most optimal cost of operation during the operational phase of the plant.

 

Maintenance, performing maintenance in a plant has a big influence on the availability of this plant, integrating
this aspect during the design of the plant will save a lot of time and money within the operational phase of the plant.
We support this integration process by our long time experience.
Furthermore we are able to describe the right maintenance concepts for the future plant before it is in operation
hereby securing that the right amount and frequency of maintenance tasks will be fulfilled from day one of the
operational phase of the plant.
We are able to implement either the RCM or the RBM approach this depends on the type of plant the particulare
systems within these plants.

 

Management, organise and direct the management activities necessary to run a project within planning, within
budget, within the quality settings and with all necessary documents.
Managing these key-tasks of a project is an activity ECM can perform and support. To built a team where common
"Commitments" are the thriving factor is one of the aspects where a lot of attention is paid to.
